"Working from home, the best surprise was they were able to provide me with preliminary estimate over the pictures I sent them and they offered me touch-less experience where they would pick up and drop off the car and deal with the dealership and my insurance company. What a refreshing experience." - A. Atabaeva

What to expect from this process?

After you click the "Get Started" button, the virtual estimate tool will walk you through the following steps:
  • You will use your smartphone to take photos of your vehicle.  You need to click the "Get Started" button in Safari browser on your iPhone or in Chrome browser on your Android phone.
  • We will gather some basic contact information
  • Next, we will have you scan your VIN so we know what vehicle you have. Your vehicle identification number (VIN) is a 17-character code, printed on your insurance card. You can usually find this number on a small plate attached to the driver's side of the front windshield, visible from the outside of the car looking in.
  • Once we identify your vehicle and where the damage is, it's picture time
  • Align your vehicle in the outline and take a picture of the 4 corners, along with the 3 pictures of the damaged area
  • You will then be asked if you are filing an insurance claim and how you would like to receive your estimate
  • Done! You'll receive confirmation once our team receives your photos and they will reach out to confirm your estimate
